By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
Service Warranty
Our repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage after repair
- Water damage
- Software issues unrelated to repair
- Unauthorized modifications
Customer Responsibilities
- Backup all data before service
- Provide accurate device information
- Remove device passcodes/locks
- Pay agreed service charges
Liability
iCareGurugram is not responsible for:
- Data loss during repair
- Delays due to parts availability
- Pre-existing device conditions
