Service Agreement

By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Service Warranty

Our repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage after repair
  • Water damage
  • Software issues unrelated to repair
  • Unauthorized modifications

Customer Responsibilities

  • Backup all data before service
  • Provide accurate device information
  • Remove device passcodes/locks
  • Pay agreed service charges

Liability

iCareGurugram is not responsible for:

  • Data loss during repair
  • Delays due to parts availability
  • Pre-existing device conditions
